Embark on a sensorial journey this winter with The Tasman in Hobart

Embrace winter with a trip to Australia’s southernmost island state, and be rewarded with a sensorial culinary experience.

Crisp air, cool temperatures and untamed wilderness may be the characteristics Tasmania is most well known for, however, Australia’s island state offers visitors far more than a simple escape from the chaos of city life. A rich offering of food, culture and history awaits those who journey south, and this winter The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel, in Hobart, plans to sweeten the deal with a gourmet off-season special.

The hotel has curated a suite of bespoke winter experiences that allow guests to immerse themselves within Tasmania’s charm through its flavours, art and heritage sites. Travellers who visit The Tasman this off-season, until 31 August 2023, will enjoy special limited edition dining experiences such as Winter High Tea at Deco Lounge and whisky tasting boards at Mary Mary. To further entice prospective visitors, The Tasman has a special package available.
