This whimsical event invites guests to enjoy the tastes and flavours found in the world of Willy Wonka in the Grand Ballroom of Shangri-La Sydney from 9 December to 17 December 2023.

Whether you’re a lover of the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory books, the film adaptions or just a sweet-tooth eager to satisfy your sugar cravings, the Wonka High Tea Buffet is an unmissable event.
For those who want to experience the magic of this extravaganza, but prefer to skip the sugar high, a range of savoury delicacies are available for your indulgence as well. These include beef Wellington pockets filled with mushroom duxelles, roast beef and horseradish sandwiches, and classic rendered bacon butty and egg sandwiches with British brown sauce mayonnaise.
The grand finale of the Wonka High Tea Buffet features a Decorate Your Own Chocolate Bar Station, and a luscious Chocolate River, concluding the event in classic Willy Wonka fashion.
You can secure your tickets for the Wonka High Tea Buffet in the Grand Ballroom on 9 to 10 December, and 15 to 17 December 2023, with two seating times: 11am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm. If you want to explore this sugar wonderland in an experience tailored to adults, there are evening sessions of the Wonka High Tea Buffet on 9 December and 15 December from 5pm to 7pm.
