Bodhi Spa meets Yallingup

Tucked into a sheltered corner of the Great Southern Edge four hours drive south of Perth, the small township of Yallingup is famous for five star views and high end holiday homes. Bodhi Spa Yallingup will slot right in, with a fit out inspired by local nature. Bodhi founder Tania Taylor says nature is integral to the design and layout of the Bodhi Yallingup spa.

“We are designing this spa from the ground up, and it will be our most stunning Bodhi Spa offering yet.”

With spas in Cottesloe, Highgate, the Westin Perth, and Injidup Spa Retreat, the brand is well known for providing pampering in style.

Expect floor-to-ceiling windows and chic relaxation lounges overlooking the bushland and surrounding lake. It’s complete with a yoga and meditation room, couples treatment rooms, infrared saunas and spaces for sound healing.

The Margaret River treatment

Taylor says “the focus will be on all-natural beauty and body treatments”. This includes an Australian-first showcase of New Zealand skincare range Emma Lewisham.

The range of biologically-active, and as Taylor calls it ‘green-tech’ products have been in Bodhi spas since the end of last year. But the spas have also just launched the Bodhi + Emma Lewsham Brightening Facial.

The over 80-minute treatment focuses on deep hydration, with a signature lymphatic drainage facial massage. It will also showcase the entire Emma Lewisham range.

With guided meditation, arm, foot and scalp massages as well, the treatment becomes an entire body experience, looking after almost the whole body.

To true essence of Bodhi

For Taylor, nurturing the entire self is a big part of the Bodhi experience. This will be key at Bodhi Yallingup.

“We seek not only to completely nurture our guests, but to inspire and empower them toward a greater state of health, balance and wellbeing.”

When Bodhi Yallingup launches in September, guests will be able to book into one off treatments and extended journeys, including a new Bodhi Yallingup Spa Journey.

There are also plans for a Bodhi Oil, showcasing Western Australian essential oils.
