“The Qatar F1 was held for the first time in 2021 as a sort of fill-in for the Australian F1 which was called off due to COVID. It was only thought to be a temporary fix. However, it proved to be a monumental success and it was recently revealed that the event is set to be annual and on the calendar for the next decade which comes as spectacular news for the F1 community,” says Simon Mawdsley, co-founder of Grand Prix Grand Tours.

“The Qatar Grand Prix swiftly emerged as one of the top F1 events after its 2021 debut. The 5.38-kilometre track at Losail International Circuit offers an incredibly fast lap, with Verstappen reaching a whopping 232.799 kmph. The atmosphere was electric in 2021 and I cannot wait to see what this year holds.”
