In the world of ocean travel, Cunard has always been synonymous with sophistication, elegance, and timeless grandeur. For more than 180 years, the luxury cruise line has set the gold standard, and its new ship, Queen Anne, is raising these to a new level and redefining elegance at sea. With an art deco design that is inspired by the past and built for the future with contemporary flourishes, Queen Anne promises to be a floating masterpiece, a seamless blend of classic charm and modern innovation. From the moment you step foot on board Queen Anne, you’ll be dazzled by the visual excellence and the stunning spaces that make Queen Anne a true marvel of maritime travel.

Where hotel design meets style at sea

Queen Anne’s design symbolises timeless elegance brought to life by award-winning hotel designers whose portfolio boasts some of the world’s most luxurious and iconic properties. Their attention to detail is evident in every corner of the ship. From sumptuously appointed suites to opulent dining spaces and entertainment venues that rival the world’s finest hotels.

“It’s going to feel like you’ve stepped back to the Golden Age of travel, but it’s not going to feel like you’ve stepped back in time. It’s going to feel very contemporary.” – Lewis Taylor – Design Director, David Collins Studio.

The art deco movement mirrors the era when Cunard dazzled travellers with the promise of transatlantic crossings. It emphasises the opulence and geometric elegance that flourished during the early 20th century yet with a thoroughly modern 21st century interior design by Paris-based Sybille de Margerie. Queen Anne’s interiors are adorned with rich woodwork, glistening chandeliers, and ornate detailing. The ship’s centrepiece will be the spectacular Grand Lobby spanning three storeys in a design that promises a show-stopping entrance full of energy and light.
