For travellers who seek the finest that the world has to offer

The world’s only Hotel Clicquot announces all-star chef lineup

Hotel Clicquot is making its sparkling return to Australia this spring, where guests can live the ultimate champagne life.

Chic, opulent and full of fizz, Veuve Clicquot is a household name in the champagne industry, and one of Australia’s highest-selling tipples. It’s only fitting that Hotel Clicquot will return to Noosa’s sparkling Sunshine Beach in October 2023, welcoming guests from 13 to 28 October, 2023 for glorious three-night stays filled with Clicquot-inspired activities. A highlight of this year’s luxurious pop-up is a series of culinary journeys led by some of Australia’s finest chefs, from the five-hatted Peter Gilmore of Quay and Bennelong, to the legendary Martin Benn of Sepia and Society, and Chris Hemsworth’s private chef, Sergio Perera.

Chic, sustainable design

Perched on the shore of Noosa National Park, Hotel Clicquot seamlessly fuses eco-friendly design with refined luxury. Designed by architect Noel Robinson, the hotel has a minimal carbon footprint and is constructed from eco-friendly hemp, the same material used in the champagne packaging. Each ultra-luxe guestroom is solar-powered and features a green roof, water harvesting systems and shell-style arches.

With its signature sunburst yellow and retro-chic interior touches, Hotel Clicquot Noosa oozes optimism and opulence. Guests will be met with interior design that showcases the brand’s signature Clicquot-yellow and retro flair, an infinity pool with sweeping views of the ocean, five private guest suites, a cinema, day spa, bar and private beach. Hotel Clicquot also offers a 24-hour butler service and a sommelier team to guide guests’ Champagne journeys.

Gourmet adventures

With unforgettable experiences ranging from private dinners to picnics on the beach, the pinnacle experience at Hotel Clicquot is undoubtedly the final night’s Garden Gastronomy dinner, a concept developed by Veuve Clicquot to showcase the prestige cuvée of the House, La Grande Dame. Leading Hotel Clicquot’s Garden Gastronomy this year are two of Australia’s culinary icons, Peter Gilmore, who will create dinners for guest stays from 19 – 28 October, and Martin Benn, who will bring Garden Gastronomy to guests in residence from 11 – 19 October.

Peter Gilmore is Executive Chef at two of Australia’s most exciting and awarded restaurants, Bennelong in the Sydney Opera House, and Quay across the harbour in The Rocks. Guests who are lucky enough to secure a place at the table of his Garden Gastronomy dinners can expect to taste some of his classics interpreted with a Clicquot lens.

Martin Benn has, like Peter Gilmore, led the charge of avant-garde Australian cuisine and gone on to achieve global fame. Martin has been awarded Chef of the Year in the Good Food Guide, Gourmet Traveller, Gault & Millau, The Australian and Australian Financial Review. Martin has released a new book this month, The Dinner Party, and is planning to do an elevated Clicquot interpretation of some of the garden-inspired menus; guests can look forward to dishes such as beetroot, rhubarb, goats yoghurt and rye as well as peas, spanner crab, jamon iberico and dashi butter.

In addition to these Garden Gastronomic journeys, Hotel Clicquot guests will be treated to a Sustainable Dinner created by Sergio Perera, matched back with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, Rosé and Rich. Perhaps best known as Chris Hemsworth’s private chef, Sergio is also an alumnus of some of the world’s best restaurants. Those who sit at his table at Hotel Clicquot will indeed be treated to champagne dining experience that speaks to the sustainable luxury at the heart of Veuve Clicquot.

Beyond the bubbles

Beyond Hotel Clicquot Noosa are an array of action-packed adventures. Stay active in the chic gym, try sunrise yoga sessions or surfing lessons using retro golden-hued surfboards. If you prefer to go slow, take a treatment at the Clicquot Spa, pop a bottle while watching a champagne-inspired film in the hotel’s cinema, lounge poolside or swim in the sparkling waters of Sunshine Beach.

Where to find Hotel Clicquot Noosa

Hotel Clicquot Noosa is located on Sunshine Beach, just five minutes from Noosa and twenty minutes from Sunshine Coast airport.
